About the internship:
This internship is completely free. You won’t work on made up exercises. You’ll join our development team and help build features that go into our real products. You’ll write code, fix bugs, join code reviews, and learn how a real engineering team works day to day.
What you’ll work on:
Building and improving features on our web applications
Fixing bugs and improving performance on existing code
Writing clean, simple code that others on the team can understand and use
Joining code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback
Working with our tools and tech stack
Who we’re looking for:
Someone comfortable writing code in at least one programming language
Basic knowledge of Git, or willingness to learn it quickly
Curious and willing to try things and debug before asking for help
Able to commit to the internship schedule
A student, recent graduate, or self taught developer with a few projects to show

Program structure:
Week 1: Onboarding. Meet the team, set up your tools, get familiar with the codebase
Weeks 2 to 4: Guided tasks with close support from a mentor
Weeks 5 to 7: Take ownership of a small feature from start to finish
Week 8: Wrap up, final review, feedback, and next steps
