PASI Contributions
PASI deductions calculated automatically using the official split: 11.5% employer contribution (10.5% old age, disability and death plus 1% occupational injuries), 7% employee contribution, and 5.5% government contribution, capped at OMR 3,000 of insured wage. The additional 1% employer plus 1% employee Job Security Fund contribution under Royal Decree 82/2020 is handled in the same payroll run. WPS File Generation
Wage Protection System files generated in the SIF v4.1 format issued by the Central Bank of Oman. Pre-validated before download to reduce bank rejections. Accepted by Bank Muscat, National Bank of Oman, Bank Dhofar, Sohar International, Oman Arab Bank, Ahli Bank, Bank Nizwa, and the Islamic banking windows. Built around the 7-day wage transfer deadline under Ministerial Decision No. 299 of 2023.
End-of-Service Gratuity
End-of-service gratuity calculated under Article 61 of Royal Decree 53/2023, the new Oman Labour Law. Service before 31 July 2023 follows the legacy formula (15 days per year for the first 3 years, 30 days per year after). Service from 31 July 2023 forward follows the new formula of one full month of basic salary per year of service. Both periods are tracked separately and combined automatically at end-of-service.
